Digital Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media Design/ Management
During my three month placement at Derwent House, an interiors store specialising in British handcrafted furniture and homewares, I was responsible for creating a range of marketing and promotional materials across both digital and print platforms. I designed social media content for Instagram and Facebook, including posts and stories for the company's 12 Days of Christmas campaign, ensuring all content reflected the brand's high-quality and design-led aesthetic. I also promoted a wreath-making workshop by creating digital advertisements, Mailchimp newsletter content, and printed promotional materials such as posters. Through these projects, I gained experience in social media marketing, graphic design, campaign planning, and event promotion while working within a luxury retail environment.
